DIRECTIONS:

From the Orange Line T Station on foot:

We’re a 2 minute walk on foot. Exit the train station to the east. Exchange Street is directly across the street from the station. Head east 2 blocks and 100-150 Exchange St. will be on your right.

By Car:

Routes 28, 60, 99, and U.S. 1 run through Malden. Route 16 and Interstate 93 are a short distance outside the city’s borders.

By Bike:

The Northern Strand Bike Trail connecting Everett to the beaches in Revere and Nahant runs through Malden. The Everett and Malden portions of the trail are paved and open for travelers. Visit Bike to the Sea to view the trail map and Malden’s access points.

By Plane:

Boston’s Logan International Airport is less than 10 miles from the Exchange Street Apartments.

 Parking Policy:

Residents may rent a parking space in the garage for $100 per month. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first-served basis.

Visitor parking is available for guests of Residents. The cost is dependent on the time needed. There will be a visitors permit issued.

Visitor parking is also available in the neighboring public garage, or in public parking spaces along Exchange and surrounding streets.

Fees & Charges:

• Hold Deposit: $200
(applied toward first month’s rent, upon application approval)

• Parking: $100/month

 Pet Policy:

A maximum of one dog or two cats is permitted per apartment home. Dogs may not exceed 60 lbs either at their current weight or anticipated weight at full maturity. Unit owners must complete a pet application with references, proof of current vaccinations, and sign a pet addendum.

Pet Fees:

Cats: $25 a month
Dogs: $50 a month
